WebControl does just that, only better than other systems. This capability allows for the management of both Appearance and Content to be done by the most qualified people. Generally you don’t want Graphic Designers necessarily to be writing and developing your Content. Likewise, you don’t necessarily want your Content Editors, who are better skilled at writing Content, to be getting too creative with the Appearance of your Website. With WebControl both aspects are separated on different sections, both accessible by different user roles: Graphic Designer user role, Content Editor user role.

The editor allows you to format text, images, hyperlinks, buttons, tables and video. Bold and italics, copy and paste, undo and redo, find and replace, drag and drop, and more are all there as well...and once again, no need to learn HTML programming!
Fully Integrated "WYSIWYG CSS Editor"
There are very few WYSIWYG CSS Editors available on the market today -- we only know of one, other than our's, and it's a third party software. WebControl comes with one built in and fully integrated. That means no installing or opening up another software program when you want to use it. That also means that any updates you make within it are activated on your Website right away, because it is fully integrated. Using our WYSIWYG CSS Editor enables you to make global changes to your website's appearance instantly even if you are unfamiliar with CSS programming. And because it's WYSIWYG, you can visually see the results of your changes.
Font styles are managed using CSS styles predetermined (but customizable at any time) by users designated with Graphic Designer user roles (users with graphic eyes and skills). This provides graphical consistency throughout the Website and insures that users with Content Editor roles, whose main role is to write and develop content, do not get too fancy and use unapproved styles based on independant choices, unrelated to the site's approved and unified style. By purposely limiting the freedoms of Content Editors a professional level of quality assurance is maintained. |

CSS codeis usually stored on an independent CSS file that is used by the pages ofyour Website to display styles for fonts and other elements on Web pages.
